Carpet Cleaning Isn't New to Me
Grime Reaper may be a newer local business, but my experience in carpet cleaning started long before the name existed.
I grew up working in my father's carpet-cleaning business in Pennsylvania. I learned the trade using professional truck-mounted equipment, cleaning carpets and upholstery, working with customers, bidding jobs and helping with everything from routine residential cleaning to emergency water-extraction work.
I eventually took over the business before making a life-changing decision after September 11, 2001: I joined the United States Army.
After 21 years of military service and retiring as a Master Sergeant, I've returned to an industry I've known since I was a teenager.
Grime Reaper was built around the same principles that guided my military career: professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and taking care of people.
